Common faults and solutions of lifting systems:
First, the mast is not synchronized when tilting. The cause of the fault is analyzed to be due to inconsistent strokes of the two tilting cylinders or inconsistent sizes of the intercepting holes at the cylinder pipe joints. The solution is to adjust the strokes of the two tilting cylinders and replace them with the same intercepting hole connector.
Second, the mast cannot be lifted when no-load. This is because the overflow hole of the multi-way valve is blocked. Just clear the overflow hole of the multi-way valve and remove the debris.
Third, the fork mast descends too fast. This is because the oil inlet speed limit valve does not work. This only requires repairing the speed limit valve.
Fourth, the fork mast automatically lowers. This is caused by insufficient hydraulic oil in the cylinder. The solution is to repair the multi-way valve and add hydraulic oil
