Usage and Maintenance Guide for Scissor Lifts

To ensure the safe operation and extend the service life of your scissor lift table, daily usage attention and regular maintenance are crucial. Here are some core usage and maintenance guidelines:

Pre-Use Inspection: Before formal operation, always perform a no-load lifting test to observe if all parts of the equipment are functioning normally. If any abnormalities or defects are found, stop use immediately and refer the matter to professional maintenance personnel.
Safety During Maintenance: Before performing any repair, maintenance, or cleaning work on the equipment, ensure the safety support rods are properly engaged to prevent accidental platform descent and ensure personnel safety.
Battery Care: When the battery level indicator shows less than 40%, recharge promptly. Before charging, check the battery fluid level. If it is below 20ml, add an appropriate amount of distilled water immediately.
Professional Maintenance: The electrical and hydraulic systems of the equipment are complex. Related maintenance and servicing must be carried out by qualified professionals. Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust these systems.
Regular Lubrication: Approximately every two months of use (frequency can be adjusted based on actual usage), apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to all rotating parts of the equipment to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
Inspect Pins and Fasteners: Regularly check the condition of the pins on the hydraulic lift table monthly. If the set screws on the pins are found to be loose, tighten them immediately to prevent pin detachment which could cause serious accidents.
Operating Environment and Chain Adjustment: When using indoors or outdoors, always ensure the ground is firm and level, especially outdoors, to prevent tipping. After approximately every 20 uses, check and adjust the chain screws and safety rope screws. The equipment must not be parked or operated on slopes exceeding 30 degrees to prevent the lift table from sliding.
