139th Canton Fair: RUNTX Exhibits 3-Ton Diesel Forklift and 1.5-Ton Electric Stacker at Hall 4.0, Booth H13

The 139th Canton Fair opens today in Guangzhou — and if you're here sourcing forklifts, stackers, or construction machinery, RUNTX is exhibiting at Hall 4.0, Booth H13(A) with two machines we've specified specifically for the buyers we meet in this room: procurement managers who need to see the real thing before they commit, and distributors who need to understand what they're putting their name behind.

We're showing a 3-ton diesel counterbalanced forklift — configured to production spec, not a show model — and a 1.5-ton full-electric walkie stacker that represents our entry-level warehouse solution for markets where lead-acid economics still make sense. Both machines are on the floor, both are fully operational, and both come with the complete OEM documentation package that serious buyers need to move from interest to purchase order.

If you can't make it to Guangzhou, this article gives you everything that's on the spec sheet — along with the engineering context that makes those numbers meaningful.

Exhibit 1: 3-Ton Diesel Forklift (Model CPC(D)-G30)

This is our standard 3-ton diesel counterbalanced forklift in exhibition configuration — which is also its production configuration, because we don't build show cars. The machine on the floor at H13(A) is the same machine that ships to our distribution partners in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Engine and Powertrain

The exhibit unit runs a Quanchai V29-50C42 diesel engine — a 4-cylinder, 2.85L displacement unit producing 36.8 kW at 2,500 RPM with maximum torque of 170–180 N·m at 1,800–2,000 RPM. This is a well-established engine in the Chinese industrial vehicle market, with broad parts availability globally — a practical consideration for distributors in markets where after-sales service infrastructure is the make-or-break variable.

The drivetrain spec for this exhibit unit: Zhongchai transmission, Kangda drive and steering axle, Guowei solid tyres (28×9-15-14PR front, 6.50-10-10PR rear), Tiger gear pump, Chenguang multi-way valve, Bengbu hydraulic cylinders. These are production-sourced components from established Chinese industrial suppliers — not specification-sheet upgrades. The hydraulic system uses an electro-hydraulic control layout, which gives smoother lift control than purely mechanical valve actuation.

Mast and Structural Specification

The exhibit unit is configured with a 3-section, 4,500mm full-free-lift mast with side-shift attachment and 1,220mm forks. Maximum lift height is 3,000mm standard; with the triplex mast at full extension, maximum height reaches 4,230mm. The 130mm ground clearance and 6°/12° forward/rear mast tilt angles are within the standard operational envelope for construction site, port yard, and general industrial applications.

One structural detail worth noting: the overhead guard on this machine uses an electrophoretic coating process rather than conventional spray paint. The distinction matters in practice — spray coating cannot penetrate the inside of the square-section tube members, which means untreated internal surfaces eventually generate rust that runs into the frame. Electrophoretic coating achieves full surface coverage including internal tube walls, providing significantly better corrosion protection. This is a specification choice that reflects the expected operating environment of most of our export markets.

The mast chain uses a 5-plate configuration — a heavier chain assembly than the 4-plate standard found on many budget machines in the 3-ton class, providing higher fatigue resistance under repeated load cycles.

Exhibit 2: 1.5-Ton Full-Electric Walkie Stacker

The second machine at H13(A) is a 1.5-ton walkie-style full-electric stacker with a 2,500mm lift height — a configuration that covers the majority of small warehouse and retail distribution applications where racking doesn't exceed three standard pallet heights.

This is a 24V / 100Ah lead-acid battery configuration. The power electronics are supplied by Daneng controller, Kaiao drive assembly, Tianneng lead-acid battery, and Yuantu accelerator. The machine has fixed forks, key-switch start, and a protective screen — a straightforward, low-maintenance specification appropriate for operations where simplicity and repairability in the field outweigh the performance advantages of lithium-ion.

Static dimensions: 1,880mm height × 800mm width × 1,860mm length. Operating weight approximately 590 kg. The compact footprint and walkie operation make this appropriate for aisles where a counterbalanced forklift cannot safely operate — typically under 2.0 meters.

Why These Two Machines — and What They Say About Our Export Strategy

We didn't bring a reach truck or a lithium-ion showcase machine to this year's Canton Fair. We brought a 3-ton diesel forklift and a lead-acid electric stacker — the two machine types that account for the majority of purchase orders we receive from distribution partners in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

The 3-ton diesel machine represents the core of our diesel forklift range — machines built for outdoor and mixed-use environments where fuel availability, service simplicity, and raw torque output determine operational viability. The walkie stacker represents the entry point of our warehouse equipment range — a category where we've seen growing distributor interest from markets that are transitioning from pure manual handling but aren't yet ready for the capital commitment of full electric counterbalanced fleets.

RUNTX manufactures from a 35,000 m² ISO 9001-certified production facility in Shandong, China, with annual output exceeding 8,000 units across all product categories — forklifts, warehouse equipment, construction machinery, and aerial work platforms. For distribution partners attending the Canton Fair, we offer full OEM/ODM customization: colour scheme, branding, specification adjustments, and regional compliance documentation. The machines on the floor at H13(A) are starting points, not finished products.

How to find us at the 139th Canton Fair: Enter through Area A, Gate 1 (Security Checkpoint 1A). Go straight 100 metres, pass Hall 8.0 and turn right. Continue straight 100 metres into Hall 4.0. Enter Aisle H — you will arrive at RUNTX Booth H13(A). Look for the red and black machines and the RUNTX banner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order the exact Canton Fair exhibit configuration, or is the spec adjustable?

Both machines shown at Booth H13(A) are production-spec units — they ship to export customers in this exact configuration. However, both are also fully adjustable for OEM and ODM orders: engine option, mast configuration, fork length, tyre type, colour scheme, branding, and voltage/capacity on the electric stacker are all configurable. Contact our engineering team with your target specification and we will provide a configuration recommendation and factory pricing within 48 hours.

What compliance documentation does RUNTX provide for the diesel forklift?

Standard documentation includes CE marking, ISO 9001 quality certificate, engine emissions compliance (Tier 3 or Tier 4 Final depending on market specification), complete technical specification sheets, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and operator manuals in the required language. For specific market requirements — SASO for Saudi Arabia, GOST for Russia, BIS for India — our team works through the documentation during distributor qualification. Bring your market requirements to the booth and we will tell you what's needed on the spot.

Is the 1.5-ton electric stacker available in a lithium-ion battery configuration?

Yes. The exhibit unit uses a lead-acid configuration — which remains the more cost-competitive option for markets where battery service infrastructure is limited and total acquisition cost is the primary decision variable. However, lithium-ion LFP configurations are available for the same stacker platform for buyers who need opportunity charging, longer service life, and no maintenance watering. The BMS-equipped lithium configuration comes at a higher unit price but significantly lower 5-year total cost of ownership in multi-shift applications.

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/private-label distribution partners?

MOQ varies by product category and the degree of customization involved. For standard-configuration machines with branding changes only, MOQ is lower. For specification changes requiring tooling or production adjustments, MOQ is higher. Our sales team can discuss specific MOQ and pricing tiers at the booth — or contact us online with your target product, annual volume, and any customization requirements.

Can I see more of the RUNTX product range beyond what's exhibited at the Canton Fair?

Yes. The two machines at Booth H13(A) represent two points in a product range that also includes electric counterbalanced forklifts, LPG forklifts, rough terrain forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, VNA forklifts, tow tractors, crawler excavators, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and agricultural tractors. Our full catalogue is available at the booth or online at runtxmachinery.com. For distributors interested in building a comprehensive multi-category product line from a single OEM source, speak with our team at the fair or contact us directly.
